Summary

Brazil's National Hydrogen Program (PNH2) aims to strengthen the country's hydrogen market and industry. To support this, the Energy Research Office (EPE) conducted a survey of educational and research institutions focused on hydrogen. The survey, completed in July 2025, identified 97 institutions and 153 initiatives, with electrolysis being the most researched production method, mainly concentrated in the Northeast and Southeast regions.
