Summary

As digital technologies rapidly advance towards intelligence, sophistication, and convergence, the scope and intensity of digital malfunctions are expected to greatly expand. To proactively address this, KISTEP and ETRI have collaborated to forecast future digital malfunctions, categorized into 20 types, and propose 15 technological solutions and 8 policy directions based on expert analysis. The proposed solutions aim to mitigate various issues, including high rates of smartphone over-reliance and cyber violence, with a focus on future implementation by 2030.
