Summary

Indonesia faces the challenge of enabling local and regional governments to transition to 100% renewable energy due to the absence of supportive national policy frameworks. ICLEI Southeast Asia is seeking a service provider to develop a comprehensive report on national policy recommendations. This report aims to create an enabling policy and regulatory environment, facilitating the flow of finance to subnational levels and improving multi-level governance for a complete renewable energy transition. The project is currently in the planning phase, with a call for bids to develop these recommendations.
