Izmir, Türkiye faces significant climate change challenges, particularly flooding and heat waves, which threaten local community resilience. ICLEI, in partnership with local and international organizations, is launching a project to assess climate resilience using a specialized framework (CRMC) and develop targeted enhancement strategies in two communities. The project is currently in the planning phase, with a consultant being sought to support the assessment, strategy design, and implementation, aiming to measure the impact of these interventions over time.
