Communities in Izmir, Türkiye, are struggling with the impacts of climate change, especially flooding and heat waves, requiring robust urban resilience. ICLEI's Climate Resilience for Communities Project aims to address this by conducting detailed climate resilience assessments in two specific communities using the CRMC Framework and developing and implementing strategic enhancement plans.
