Summary

Subnational governments worldwide, especially in the Global South, face significant hurdles in securing finance for their urban development and climate resilience plans. This event aims to highlight how enhanced collaboration between city networks and project preparation facilities can accelerate access to sustainable urban finance, using real-world case studies from Africa and Latin America. The event is currently planned for July 2025 and will include the launch of a new publication.
