Summary

Peru, highly vulnerable to climate change impacts, is committed to addressing the global climate crisis. Its Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0) outlines an ambitious plan through 2035 to decarbonize its economy by 2050, achieve net-zero emissions, and enhance resilience across nine priority adaptation areas with a just energy transition.
