The EU SWITCH Asia Circular Textiles Project in Huzhou and Shaoxing, China, aims to address the challenge of textile and apparel MSMEs transitioning to circular economy practices and accessing finance. ICLEI is seeking a finance consultant to develop feasibility studies for two selected projects and connect them with investors to facilitate funding for eco-design, recycling, and clean technology. The project is currently in the planned stage, with consultant selection and work expected to commence in February 2025.
