Many local communities worldwide are not fully utilizing renewable energy's potential for job creation, economic growth, and climate change mitigation. ICLEI and EARTHDAY.ORG are launching a global campaign, the Earth Day Global Conversation, to encourage mayors and city governments to host public dialogues on these benefits. This initiative is currently planned to kick off in April 2025 and run through the end of the year.
