Summary

Kenya's Northern region suffers from poor infrastructure, causing isolation and hindering economic development. To address this, the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is planning to upgrade the 108 km North Horr – Jn Darathe Ap Camp (A4) Road to bitumen standard. An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) is currently underway for this KSh 10.035 billion project, which aims to improve connectivity and facilitate the movement of goods and people in the region.
