Summary

This project addressed the challenge of improving the stability of halide perovskite modules by at least a factor of two without sacrificing initial efficiency. The approach involved a cooperative research agreement between NREL and Tandem PV to develop and integrate novel barrier materials into 3"x3" minimodules, followed by rigorous durability testing. The project has been completed, with all planned tasks executed, and the detailed results are available in a separate award report.
