1. Information we collect
- Email address — collected at checkout to deliver your access key and provide service-related notices.
- Access key usage — we record which key is used to access paid features, to enforce one-key-per-purchase limits.
- Chat queries — questions submitted to the AI chat assistant are processed and may be retained for service improvement and abuse prevention.
- Aggregate usage data — pageviews and feature usage, used to improve the Service.
2. Third-party processing
Some features rely on third-party services. By using the Service you understand that:
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- AI chat queries are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. Questions you submit are transmitted to Google as part of normal service operation. Do not include personally identifying or confidential information in chat queries.
- Hosting is provided by Vercel and Google Cloud. Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamp, user agent) may be retained by these providers for security purposes.
3. Retention
Email addresses are retained while your access key is valid plus one year for support/audit purposes. Chat query logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Aggregate usage data may be retained indefinitely in anonymised form.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share email addresses with marketing partners.
- We do not require user accounts or passwords. Access is via key only.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you by emailing info@namiflow.jp. Deletion of an active access key's associated email will end the service for that key.
